2008 Results

Simon Newton was in fine form again clocking 1.16.11 in 23rd place,followed by Charlie Lines in 41st in 1.20.13.Ross Blackburn improved on last years performance clocking 1.23.08.Faye Banks was 5th lady in 1.24.40,with Angela Hannon 11th lady in 1.29.48 with Christine McCarthy 15th lady in 1.31.39.The ladies team took the gold medal in the Yorkshire Championships.

309th-Kirsty Vogan (1.42.49) , 399th-Dave Shaw (1.49.07) , 559th-Vic Taylor (2.02.41) , 633rd-Kenneth Bingley (2.16.49) , and Tony Dean in 646th (2.23.46)

The Ackworth 1.7 miles fun run was won by unattached runner Cameron Mcneall in 9 minutes 8 seconds with Ackworths Micah Lyons in 2nd with 9.08.Liam Holdsworth was 4th in 11.01.

8th-Mattew Wassell (11.40) , 21st-Eddie Neil (13.50) , 52nd-John Batty (18.15) , 53rd-Nicky Shaw (18.22) , 64th-Chloe Delaney (19.31).
