Up & Running Wakefield

The Wakefield store is run by Mandy Kirwin.(far left).

Mandy is a highly trained member of the Up & Running staff and does alot of running herself.She has chalked up a 49 minute 10k and is now a 1st Degree black belt in the martial art sport of 'Aegis'Kickboxing and is capable of answering all your running questions.

Our club athlete Ross Blackburn can also be found in store on Saturdays and some mid-week days.Ross has chalked up a 2 minute 7 800m,4 minute 16 1500m,34 minute 10k,has competed at national level for West Yorkshire and was ranked in the top 100 for Great Britain as an U17 Man so he will be able to answer any questions that you may have.

The Sheffield shop is run by Mandy's husband Phil Kirwin,who most of you will know due to him running for local neighbours Rothwell Harriers.Phil has been running for over 10 years in which time he has managed a 32minute 10k,and a 2 hour 34 marathon,so he will be able to answer all your running questions.
